Javier Siman was Born on June 14, 1964 in San Salvador, He is the son of María Elena Dada de Simán and Teófilo José Simán Jacir, both Salvadorans of Palestinian origin. His father was president of the Salvadoran Red Cross for more than 35 years.
After completing his studies in Business Administration at Loyola University New Orleans in 1986, he dedicated himself to working in family businesses.
