Ghana’s “bad boy” actor Kweku Elliot has shared a picture of himself relaxing on some Shisha smokes even at a time Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology has asked government to place a ban on the smoking of Shisha.
The University In its public document has said Government should look at either completely banning Shisha smoking or increasing taxes on it to deter young people from using it.
