Mahama’s Petition Dismissed By Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of Ghana has by a unanimous decision dismissed the 2020 election Petition brought before it by John Mahama

who served as the Presidential Candidate of the NDC in the 2020 Election held on December 7th.

The seven-member panel led by the Chief Justice Kwesi Anin-Yeboah dismissed the petition on Thursday March 4 on grounds that The Petitioner and his witnesses could not prove to the court that indeed there was no clear cut winner.
