Savannah Clark Guthrie was born on December 27, 1971 (age 50 years) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. She is the daughter of Charles Guthrie and Nancy Guthrie. Guthrie has two siblings Annie Guthrie and Camron Guthrie. Her father was stationed for work in Australia. Her family returned to the United States and moved to Tucson, Arizona, two years later. The first time Guthrie returned to Australia was in 2015 while working for Today, which she described as a “lifelong dream” of hers.
